Kapow Coaching

Kapow Coaching was formed by Kate Flory in 2002 to coach people to ‘step into their inner leader’, to support businesses create a culture where ‘leaders are everywhere’ by focusing on the ‘being’ of leadership before the ‘doing’, and to move from a ‘negative to a positive mindset’ by building on peoples’ mental fitness. 

Kate is an experienced qualified Confidence and Mental Fitness Coach, having started coaching in 2002.  She is a Leadership and Coaching Skills trainer, facilitator, NLP Practitioner, and loves working with senior business leaders to build their confidence and wellbeing, and to work with businesses to develop a coaching and authentic leadership culture. 

Kapow Coaching helps individuals and organisations to stop playing small and to start taking control of their culture, their mental health and their ambitions.

We are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.  We love being the catalyst for small radical changes.  We believe those light bulb moments of personal and discovery and insight are accessible to all. And we achieve this through our practical, supportive, and positive coaching, mental fitness and inner leadership training programmes. 

We support individuals and organisations with our Coaching (individuals and teams) our Mental Fitness Training (bitesize to 8 week long programmes) and provide support to create a coaching and authentic leadership culture
